Job summary

ECO3 Graphics USA Corp is seeking a hands-on Sales Team Leader to steer a four-person field sales team and own a commercial territory in the North American region. You will coach, forecast, and close deals while staying directly involved with customers and opportunities.

In this player-coach role, you will leverage Salesforce as the single source of truth, develop pipelines from marketing- and Inside Sales-generated leads, and meet a personal quota while contributing to the team goal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, incl. 4+ years in printing/packaging technology.
• Strong understanding of print production workflows and MIS.
• Direct, coaching leadership style with accountability.
• CRM-based sales management with Salesforce experience.
• Based in USA and eligible to work; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person field sales team and coach on prospecting and closing.
• Use Salesforce as primary source of truth for accounts and forecasts.
• Manage territory and deliver against personal sales quota.
• Develop pipeline from marketing- and Inside Sales leads.
• Ensure accurate CRM records and reliable territory forecast.
