Job summary

Belkins is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for a fully remote role, open to candidates in the US or Europe. You will collaborate with 1-2 Sales Executives to move deals, onboard clients, prepare contracts, and support demos. A strong English proficiency and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in a client-facing commercial role: SDR/BDR, account executive, account management, customer success or onboarding, ideally in B2B
• Confident and presentable on client calls: lead conversations, answer questions and handle objections
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: no promise lost, no contract error
• Experience guiding clients through onboarding, renewals or a buying process
• A sales mindset: understands how deals close and has worked toward commercial targets
• Fluent, professional English (C1+), with strong written communication
• Comfortable using a CRM every day
• Availability to work full US business hours

Responsibilities

• Be the client's trusted point of contact: answer questions and keep them moving
• Onboard new clients from signed contract to kickoff
• Prep and join demos and client calls; send follow-ups with clear next steps
• Prepare contracts and pay-per-meeting agreements, and track them to signature
• QA contracts before they reach the client
• Keep sales materials and templates up to date
• Run re-engagement campaigns to past leads and hand warm replies to SEs
• Keep the CRM accurate and segment leads
• Spot gaps in a deal and escalation early
