Sales Support Specialist Location: Remote
Department: Sales Operations
Reports To: Sales Director
Type: Full-Time
About the Role The Sales Controller is the operational backbone of our sales organization-serving as the Sales Director's right hand and ensuring seamless execution across all sales functions. From CRM hygiene and reporting to onboarding, training, and proposal generation, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the sales engine running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is passionate about enabling sales teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Own daily sales operations: reporting, CRM maintenance, and lead assignments.
* Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new sales hires.
* Manage the sales calendar and ensure alignment across teams.
* Conduct call quality assurance using tools like Gong or CallRail.
* Generate sales proposals and support reps with merchant services insights.
* Act as the first line of support for internal sales-related requests.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer success teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2-5 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or high-level Sales Support.
* At least 1 year of experience in merchant services, with the ability to read processing statements.
* Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM dashboards.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Traits
* Operates like a Chief of Staff, executes like a seasoned Operator.
* Deep understanding of the merchant services industry.
* High accountability, low ego, and a strong sense of ownership.
* Comfortable navigating between technical tools and strategic sales discussions.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.
