What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate regularly with assigned program representatives to provide necessary referral coordination updates
- Collaborate with local/internal operational partners to drive implementation and coordination of assigned referrals
- Engage in daily communication with patients, providers, and assistance programs to ensure contract obligations and patient satisfaction
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of assigned tasks and initiate data collection and reporting
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow, and project plans for identified programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in health insurance, specialty pharmacy, patient registration, or a similar role with external facing responsibilities
- Knowledge of insurance processes including Benefit Verifications and Prior Authorization in specialized pharmacy therapies
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of customer service focus
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of experience in specialty pharmacy, home infusions, home care, or health insurance
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
