Job Description

1. Support role assisting Territory Representatives with administrative tasks, learning the ins and outs of the role.
2. Support clients and work with the wholesale team to ensure client needs are met.
3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely orders, management, and shipments.
4. Handle incoming calls from clients (including procurement teams) and sales team members.
5. Process orders, returns, modifications, credit memos, and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives.
6. Maintain order books for accounts in Excel, including pivot tables, v look-ups, and macros.
7. Generate and communicate weekly and monthly reports on order book status to sales.
8. Partner with Customer Financial Services to facilitate order processing.
9. Coordinate with Distribution Centers to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
10. Work closely with sales representatives to manage order placement, management, and shipment within assigned territories.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing customer service or sales support role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v look-ups, and macros.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
