Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred in hospitality-related roles
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Interest, knowledge or passion for hospitality industry

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email and CRM system (WIX)
• Lead qualification and upselling of services with incentive to convert leads to customers
• Planning, resourcing and scheduling for bookings and cleaning
• Manage inventory / orders of supplies for vans
• Manage enquiries and build quotations for special customer requests
• Work closely with marketing team on special projects, offers and campaigns
• Manage special offers and seasonal campaigns and work with marketing team to ensure website accuracy and FAQs are consistently updated
• Coordinate with new and existing vehicle partners especially for end of month closing and revenue share statements
• Pre / post booking checklist management, ensuring all cars are cleaned and repaired and maintained before and after bookings
• English fluency with excellent communication and ideally experience in dealing with customers via calls
• Flexible mindset or startup mentality - willing to go above and beyond the job description
