Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our fully remote National Customer Contact Center. You will lead a remote team handling inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service and termite billing/claims.

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; training Mon–Fri 9am–6pm EST; must reside in the continental US. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience in a sales call center.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a remote team.
• We will consider all qualified candidates in compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents in a fast-paced remote National Customer Contact Center.
• Conduct regular team meetings to improve skills and share best practices.
• Coach and monitor calls to ensure adherence to selling techniques.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure reliability and teamwork.
• Interview, hire, train, counsel and discipline employees and set performance expectations.
• Drive continuous process improvement within the Sales department.
• Maintain a work environment that engages and motivates the team to meet targets.
• Recognize excellent performance to motivate agents.
