This fast-paced role supports inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams. You will lead a remote team of agents, manage performance, and align with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience in a sales call center environment.
• 2-4 years of experience leading a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures to answer inquiries.
• Conduct regular team meetings to improve skills and communications.
• Coach and monitor calls to ensure selling techniques and compliance.
• Collaborate with other supervisors for reliability and teamwork.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff to meet HR objectives.
• Contribute to growth through process improvements.
