Orkin is seeking a Sales Supervisor for its fully remote National Customer Contact Center. This role supports inbound sales, web sales, lost lead sales, customer service, and termite billing/claims teams across the country.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of supervisory/management experience in a sales call center.
• 2-4 years leading a remote team.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of policies and serve as a resource for inquiries.
• Conduct regular team meetings to improve skills and communications.
• Coach agents through side-by-side coaching and call monitoring.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure reliability and teamwork.
