Qualifications

• Minimum High School/GED required.
• 2–4 years supervisory/management experience in a sales call center environment.
• 2–4 years of experience leading a remote team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to answer inquiries.
• Conduct regular team meetings to improve skills and communications.
• Coaching and call monitoring to ensure selling techniques and strategies are followed.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure reliability and teamwork.
