Job summary

MAPEI USA is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record in external sales to drive growth in the Houston market, conducting hands-on demonstrations and using samples to showcase product value. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, exceed targets, manage a healthy pipeline, and gather market insights to inform strategy.

Compensation includes a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus a sales incentive plan, auto allowance, medical coverage, 17 paid days off, and

Qualifications

• External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Proficient in Windows-based PC use, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers showing value.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence to inform product and market strategy.
• Represent the Company at industry trade shows and events.
• Maintain a safe workspace adhering to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
