Job summary
Arrow Components is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to manage strategic relationships with assigned customers, maximize margins, and drive value-added solution selling. You will coordinate quoting, demand fulfillment, and on-time delivery while serving as the liaison between suppliers and customers to build lasting partnerships.

Qualifications
- Manage the overall account relationship and drive value-added solution selling.
- Develop and manage customer strategy and sales excellence in assigned territory.
- Oversee Order to Invoice processes and backend quality interfaces.
- Lead quote-to-order activities, pricing strategy, and NCNR changes.
- Participation in sales compensation plans and OTE variability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the account relationship and maximize margins while delivering value-added solutions.
- Own the customer interface for order fulfillment, credits, and financials coordination.
- Coordinate resources for quotations, pricing, and contract changes; ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support quote to cash activities.
- Support ongoing sales compensation goals as outlined by Arrow.
