Job summary

Total Industries is seeking a Sales & Service Solutions Consultant for the Northern California territory. You will be the primary customer contact, identifying and growing relationships through material handling equipment, service programs, rentals, training, and other solutions.

You will assess customer needs, present tailored proposals, coordinate demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Rental and Accounting teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience and

Qualifications

4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2+ years progressive experience in material handling or related B2B sales.
3+ years of cold-calling and territory development experience.
CRM experience with pipeline management.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
English literacy; professional communication.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and territory management.
Source and provide equipment, service programs and rentals.
Develop and present proposals, quotations, and demonstrations.
Achieve sales and market share objectives.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
