Pro Active Pest Control is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist to engage customers, resolve pest concerns, and promote service solutions from inquiry to resolution. You will build relationships, educate clients on offerings, and ensure a positive experience across interactions.

The role emphasizes delivering 5-Star customer service, staying current on procedures, and contributing to team growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have previous sales and customer service experience.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication tonality.
• Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems.
• Experience in selling Pest Control services and knowledge of Field Routes software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to messages through platforms such as Google and Yelp.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as needed.
• Educate customers on company services, products, and treatment options.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and retention-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and 5-Star communication standards.
• Stay up to date on company services, procedures, and policies.
