Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a life insurance sales professional to work remotely as an independent contractor (1099). You will help families who requested information understand their options and complete applications from your home office on a schedule you manage.

You’ll call or video-chat with prospective clients, assess their needs, explain coverage options in plain language, and guide them through underwriting and final decisions, with mentorship and robust carrier options provided.

Qualifications

• State life license or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Must be comfortable working from home and managing own schedule.
• Must be at least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Who this is a fit for

• Military service or military-family life is welcome here, but it isn't required
• Comfortable holding appointments by phone and video from your own home office
• Disciplined enough to run your day without someone setting the agenda
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
• Straightforward with people making real decisions for their families
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
