The candidate will train, document processes, and ensure compliant hiring practices while delivering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of recruiting experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with CRM

Qualifications

• 1-3 years recruiting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for assigned regions.
• Coordinate with divisional and regional managers to meet headcount plans.
• Document all stages of the recruiting process and maintain CRM updates.
• Source candidates from internet, field, and job boards and manage timely feedback.
