Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Recruiter for Columbus, OH. You will attract top talent, partner with managers to meet headcount plans, and ensure compliant, efficient recruiting processes across the organization.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, CRM usage, and training for managers in focused recruiting techniques, with occasional in-office requirements and a strong growth culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to read/write basic letters and numbers; perform arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Complete a 90-day orientation period successfully.

Responsibilities

• Recruits using established Kimball Midwest tools and processes.
• Coordinate with divisional/regional managers to meet headcount plans and calendars.
• Document all stages of the recruiting process.
• Source candidates from internet, field, job boards, and other sources.
• Submit Field Visit Reports within 24 hours after field work.
• Submit Top-grade write-ups within 24 hours of interviews.
• Provide field training to SMITs and managers during Attract & Develop sessions.
• Train managers on proper recruiting techniques per Focused Approach binder.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM activity with leads, contacts, interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support sales management with Focused Approach to Recruiting training.
