Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products, is seeking a Part-Time Contact Center Associate I for our Columbus, Ohio location. You will support sales reps, customers, and internal staff from the office, following company scripts and quality standards.

The role requires reliable communication, basic office software skills, and the ability to handle high call volume.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner with management, sales reps, customers and co-workers.
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write numbers, perform arithmetic and follow written and oral instructions.
• Office-based role in Columbus, OH; not remote or hybrid.
• Completion of a 90-day orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work fully in the office in Columbus, OH; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period.

Additional Information

Role: Monday–Friday with the hours of 6:30 am–10:30 am. This role is onsite.
