Rose James Company in the Greater Philadelphia area seeks an experienced Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for sales professionals and business leaders in a remote-capable role. Build durable candidate pipelines and engage with clients to deliver exceptional talent.

You’ll manage searches end-to-end, using multiple channels, and collaborate with leadership to align recruiting priorities with client needs.

Qualificações

• 0 - 4+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals.
• Proven success sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, and direct outreach.
• Experience managing multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong phone presence and virtual interviewing skills.
• Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting from candidate identification through placement.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, referrals and networking.
• Recruit sales talent with demonstrated performance and leadership potential.
• Lead phone and virtual interviews to assess performance history and fit.
• Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines concurrently.
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Partner with Rose James Company leadership on search strategy and delivery.
