Job summary

MarketStar is seeking a Quality Enablement Specialist to join our remote US team. You will help design, implement, and coach quality assurance processes across the sales organization, ensuring professionalism, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has digital advertising or B2B/tele sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Office and Google apps. This role supports management and drives coaching and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Digital advertising, B2B or tele sales experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
• Results oriented with ability to motivate performance.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Skill assessment will be conducted during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Review quality of work by sales teams through call/chat monitoring.
• Identify coaching needs and communicate to management.
• Prepare and analyze internal quality reports for leadership.
• Conduct calibration sessions with senior leadership and teams.
• Provide feedback to sales team leaders and executives.
• Create and maintain standardized workflows; suggest improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
