Empower is seeking a Sales Program Manager to help launch and accelerate growth in new markets across the United States. The role can be remote (U.S.

only) or in-person in McLean, Virginia, and visa sponsorship is not available. You will recruit, contract, train, and oversee field sales contractors, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct interviews, perform background checks, and ensure marketing materials are ready.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of recruiting or management experience required.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Goal-oriented, organized, high-energy problem-solver with strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Conduct background checks and team trainings.
• Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials.
• Refine processes, SOPs, and workflows for Empower's Field Sales Program.
