Sell Up in the United States is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to close business for our outsourced sales team serving accounting, tax, and bookkeeping firms. Our marketing engine provides pre-qualified leads with no cold outreach.

This full-time, remote, 1099 role pays on commission only with an OTE of $100K–$150K. Expect 25–40 pre-qualified meetings weekly, daily coaching, live event selling, and a Presidents Club with annual incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of consultative sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communicator who builds trust and influences decisions
• Comfortable with 100% commission and confident you\'ll out-earn a base
• Coachable, resilient, and thrives in a performance-driven environment
• Available during US timezone working hours

Responsibilities

• Run 5 to 8 scheduled sales meetings per day with business owners over Zoom, plus in-person opportunities at events if you want to travel
• Handle objections, hold the frame, and ask for the money
• Work your own follow-up pipeline and reopen deals that don\'t close on the first call
• Keep clean notes and accurate deal stages in HubSpot so the service team can deliver seamlessly
• Review your own recordings & daily feedback and implement coaching fast
• Consistently close 15+ new clients per month at a 20% conversion rate
