Job summary

SitterTree is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to sell our online services to congregations, early learning centers, and group settings seeking child care providers.

You will develop relationships with decision-makers, conduct outreach, and guide customers from lead to first job while ensuring a high level of post-sale support and satisfaction. This role is fully remote in the United States, with ongoing collaboration across the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 1+ years of sales experience including cold calling, demos, and events.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target groups and key contacts.
• Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, emails, and social channels.
• Set meetings, demos, and follow-ups to close new business opportunities.
• Support accounts post-sale to promote retention and potential upsell.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics for leadership review.
