Job summary

Childcare Marketing Group is seeking an Appointment Setter to engage childcare owners, qualify leads, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.

You will be the first point of contact, building rapport with decision-makers and opening opportunities that drive client growth. This remote-first role supports North American clients with availability during Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting or related sales roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience engaging business owners, executives, or decision-makers.
• Strong qualification and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective child care businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding enrollment goals and marketing needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments and coordinate calendars with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Support the sales team with well-qualified opportunities to improve attendance and conversions.
