Childcare Marketing Group is seeking an Appointment Setter who can confidently engage business owners, build meaningful conversations, and create qualified sales opportunities for our team. This remote-first role targets child care centers and nurseries across North America, requiring proactive outreach, strong listening, and the ability to move conversations toward scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, telesales, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience engaging business owners, executives, or decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms to manage pipelines and prospect activity.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact prospective child care business owners through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their enrollment goals, marketing challenges, and business needs.
• Scheduling qualified appointments and coordinating calendars with the sales team.
• Updating CRM records, documenting conversations, and tracking outreach activities.
• Reviewing appointment metrics and identifying opportunities to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Participating in coaching sessions, role-playing, and ongoing sales training.
