Job summary

Childcare Marketing Group is seeking an Appointment Setter who can confidently engage business owners, qualify opportunities, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team. This remote-first role focuses on building trust, expanding client pipelines, and contributing to enrollment growth for child care centers.

You will research prospects, manage CRM records, and coordinate with the sales team while available during Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, telesales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience engaging business owners, executives, or decision-makers.
• Strong listening skills to uncover business needs and qualify opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and prospect activity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
• Engage with business owners to understand challenges and position solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Provide the sales team with well-qualified opportunities that improve attendance and conversions.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach messaging, scripts, and processes.
