Job summary

Fishwife is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Coordinator to own order processing from receipt to invoicing across wholesale, eCommerce, Amazon, and DTC channels. You will manage cross-functional communications with warehouses and retail partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery and accurate documentation.

In this remote, full-time role, you will leverage multiple systems (OMS, ERP, WMS, EDI) to validate orders, monitor fulfillment, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing across multiple channels (wholesale, eCommerce, Amazon, DTC).
• Comfort with EDI and ERP/WMS systems.
• Ability to coordinate with warehouses and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Own order processing from receipt through invoicing across sales channels.
• Validate order attributes and consult Sales Team on exceptions.
• Process orders via OMS, ERP, WMS, and EDI systems.
