This remote position involves collaborating via Microsoft Teams with sales, warehouse, and carriers to coordinate fulfillment and shipping. You will manage orders by email and EDI, verify pricing, track inventory, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining data in QuickBooks and CIN7.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in order fulfillment and logistics operations.
• Experience with EDI order flow and freight/shipping coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks).
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders via email and EDI; verify pricing.
• Coordinate fulfillment timing with sales, inventory, and warehouse.
• Manage EDI data flow and resolve system discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping instructions and labels for carriers.
• Invoicing and account management; track KPIs and SLAs.
