Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to develop and implement processes supporting the sales lifecycle, including forecasting, analytics, and order management. You will maintain and enhance sales automation systems and cost/margin tools to drive revenue visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business operations or similar areas.
• 3+ years in enterprise technology environment.
• Proficient with SFDC and Oracle.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics experience.
• Experience communicating with senior management and external customers.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics.
• Manage order management, revenue forecasting and sales pipeline analytics.
• Support and enhance Salesforce automation systems and margin tools.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify analytics outcomes for assigned areas.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide guidance on process improvements.
