Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst to partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations teams. The role focuses on data-driven strategies, forecasting, and performance insights to accelerate growth in the supply market.

You will build dashboards, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimize incentives and forecasting methodologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (Applied Mathematics, Finance, Statistics) or related.
• 3–5 years in a similar fast-moving environment (tech, consulting, or banking preferred).
• Strong data modeling, extraction and BI tool proficiency (Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Work authorization in the United States (CPT/OPT accepted; visa sponsorship unavailable).

Responsibilities

• Improve sales team performance through reporting, data modeling and insights.
• Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process improvements.
• Develop forecasting methodologies aligned with stakeholders (Sales, Finance).
• Create dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor sales performance.
