Filevine, a Legal AI company, is hiring an Inbound Business Development Representative in Salt Lake City to engage warm leads, qualify prospects, and set the stage for impactful deals. This quota-carrying role offers commissions from day one and a clear path to rapid promotion, with hybrid or onsite work options.

You will articulate Filevine's value to law firms, collaborate with sales to schedule demos, and maintain clean CRM data to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively.
• High energy and eagerness to learn; organized and detail-oriented with prioritization.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proven ability to maintain focus in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Adaptable to open-office layouts while staying focused and respectful.
• Skilled at handling high-priority Zoom calls with upset customers on short notice.
• Must be able to work onsite in Sugarhouse, Salt Lake City, UT 5 days/week.

• Hit Your Targets: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and closed deals.
