Job summary

Aspire Technology Partners is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Eatontown, NJ or Remote. You will link Sales, vendor partners, and internal delivery teams through the quote-to-cash process, building configurations, securing pricing, and processing bookings in NetSuite.

You will support Account Managers, coordinate with engineering and vendor contacts, and maintain accurate quotes and orders. Strong organization and multi-system navigation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in office, supply chain or sales environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales operations, order management or related IT distribution role is a plus.
• Knowledge of NetSuite, QuoteWerks and Cisco tools/processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical configuration and bill of materials with vendor teams.
• Process price deviations, special pricing and deal registrations.
• Build accurate quotes and support Account Managers.
• Process orders in NetSuite and manage fulfillment.
• Coordinate with vendor/distributor on quote and order status.
• Maintain CRM/NetSuite data integrity for quotes and orders.
• Resolve customer issues and price questions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
