Job summary

Fellowes is seeking a Walmart Sales Analyst based in Bentonville, AR. The role supports sales and field execution, coordinating modular placements, reminders, and item setups across Walmart accounts.

You will work with internal teams and Walmart tools to keep programs on track and drive business results. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple workstreams, with Walmart experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or retail project management.
• Walmart experience and familiarity with Walmart tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data handling, analytics and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track day-to-day projects across customer opportunities and initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, notes, action items, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Build trackers, dashboards, and documentation to keep workstreams on track.
• Serve as central contact for internal coordination with quick, accurate responses.
• Lead Walmart item setup and gather data for entry in Walmart systems.
• Manage sample requests, inventory logs, and showroom/submission materials.
• Conduct store visits to assess in-store execution and gather insights.
