Fellowes Brands is seeking a Walmart Sales Analyst based in Bentonville, AR with remote work option. You will support sales and field execution by tracking opportunities, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and maintaining dashboards.

Ideal candidates have Walmart experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly. Familiarity with Walmart Supplier One and related tools is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations, retail project management or related roles.
• Walmart experience with Walmart tools, portals and ways of working is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Walmart Supplier One item setup process and data fields.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and maintaining trackers, timelines, plans and dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with sales data and recap spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for internal and customer-facing materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing shared drives and collaboration tools (SharePoint/Drive).
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems and platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day project tracking across opportunities, initiatives and follow-ups.
• Coordinate timelines, notes, action items across cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain trackers, status updates, calendars, dashboards and docs.
• Serve as central contact for internal coordination; handle retailer requests promptly.
• Identify risks and follow up before issues escalate.
• Support customer-facing deliverables, including meeting prep and materials.
• Lead Walmart item setup with Customer Operations Analyst for data entry in Walmart Supplier One.
• Manage product sample requests, inventory logs and delivery coordination for sell-in meetings.
• Support modular recap management by consolidating execution data.
• Conduct store visits to assess in-store execution and competitive insights.
• Maintain organized records of interactions, updates and intelligence.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in recaps, data summarization, and communication.
