Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/analytics fields.
• Experience with forecasting and CRM reporting required.
• Prior people leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting cadence and sales performance reporting.
• Drive pipeline management and CRM data quality standards.
• Partner on planning, quota deployment, and territory design.
• Own commercial operating rhythm and KPI definitions.
• Manage and develop one Sales Operations Analyst.
• Evaluate and optimize sales tools and automation; lead small projects.
• Own end-to-end commissions administration and dispute handling.
