Job summary

Hygiena is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead project planning, analytics, and process optimization across sales, marketing, and customer success. This remote, exempt role reports to the VP of Sales and emphasizes data-driven decision making and automation to boost revenue and efficiency.

You will drive KPI reporting, playbooks, and forecasting, collaborating with IT and finance to align resources, budgets, and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience developing sales processes, commercial excellence, sales operations and/or sales enablement.
• Experience driving efficiencies and execution improvements across Sales Operations, enablement and customer success.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI and CRM Dynamics; advanced Excel skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to leverage technology and AI to explore, test, and automate business models.
• Identify market solutions, evaluate vendors, and run proof of concept, pilot, and adoption.
• Collaborate with IT to document requirements for technology implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.
• Forecast accurately with sales leaders and manage budget alignment with Finance and Marketing.
