JD Power is seeking a Sales Operations Executive for a UK remote role. You will govern CRM data, monitor product usage for accurate invoicing, and support non-standard contracts with data integrity.

In this position you will work with Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure correct account and opportunity assignment, and you will build reports and dashboards to support renewals and performance analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Govern CRM data to ensure required fields are captured for invoicing.
• Monitor product usage stats to support accurate billing.
• Advise on non-standard contracts to keep data correct.
• Coordinate product fulfilment with relevant teams.
• Govern AMS data and provision access on time.
• Assist commercial leaders with correct account and opportunity assignment.
• Support Salesforce and KPI teams with opportunity corrections.
• Create reports and dashboards for renewals and overdues.
• Assist in price notification and allocation for renewals.
• Provide monthly usage reports from access management systems.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Escalate high-impact issues to Sales Operations Manager.
• Assist testing and rollout of new applications.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation.
