CIEE is seeking a Sales-Operations Coordinator for US Remote (and Canada where applicable). You will own and coordinate key operational workflows for the Global Navigator High School Study Abroad team, including application management, enrollment, student systems, billing support, and reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to work with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams, and a focus on process improvement and technology optimization.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, systems administration, customer support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve student application and enrollment systems, including testing updates, troubleshooting issues, and supporting platform updates.
