Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Temporary Sales-Operations Coordinator to support the High School Summer Abroad program from a US Remote location. You will manage high-volume data entry, enrollment records, and the Academic Merit Award process, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new systems. You will collaborate with the Sales Operations team to meet peak enrollment needs while maintaining confidentiality of student

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in study abroad or nonprofit is a plus.
• Experience with data systems and enrollment processes.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Background checks and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and program preparation for High School Summer Abroad.
• Assist Academic Merit Award processes and track applications.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Perform high-volume data entry and audits.
• Support seasonal operational processes such as pre-departure and insurance enrollment.
• Respond to questions from Sales team with accurate information.
• Uphold SOPs and escalate issues to the Sales Ops team.
