Job summary

CIEE, a nonprofit study abroad organization, seeks a Remote Sales-Operations Coordinator for the US/Canada markets. You will manage applications, enrollment processes, student systems, billing support, and learning platforms, collaborating with Sales, IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and documentation, with strong emphasis on technology and organization to support Global Navigator HS programs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, systems administration, customer support, or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn and optimize multiple software platforms and systems.
• Experience with CRM, application management, learning management, database, or project management systems; Salesforce and Canvas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve student application and enrollment systems, including testing updates and troubleshooting issues.
• Own and coordinate operational workflows that support the student lifecycle, providing guidance on requirements and timelines.
• Maintain student Pre-Departure courses and learning content within Canvas and support updates and alignment with advisors.
• Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and operational documentation for consistency.
• Maintain operational data, perform audits, generate reports, and support data integrity.
• Serve as primary operational support resource for Sales and internal stakeholders on applications, enrollment, and billing inquiries.
• Communicate process updates and deadlines to ensure accurate execution across teams.
• Analyze workflows and recommend scalable improvements.
• Participate in trainings and provide support during peak periods and occasional travel.
