Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst based in the United States to optimize sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights.

You will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and partner with Customer Operations, Account Management, Customer Success, and IT to turn data into actionable intelligence that supports sales strategy, account management, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
• Background with CRM data structures and platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/predictive analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical frameworks to evaluate account performance and growth opportunities.
• Build customer health scoring models and renewal dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers.
• Produce quarterly customer value reports and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain automated dashboards and data definitions across systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to resolve data quality issues.
