Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive strategic analytics and insights for the sales and partner management teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, advanced data modeling, and reusable decision-intelligence platforms. Remote-US capable with opportunity for travel up to 15%.

You will partner with sales leaders to define KPIs, support forecasting, and build scalable reporting infrastructure that informs territory planning and rep productivity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; business, finance or accounting is a plus
• 5+ years of hands-on analyst experience in Sales Ops or similar
• Advanced MS Excel skills with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and databases/data warehouses
• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Dive into complex data to derive insights and define reporting infrastructure
• Identify KPIs and competitive insights for sales leaders and executives
• Support forecasting, KPI reporting, and dashboard management
• Partner with sales leadership on operational requests (restructuring, quotas, territory planning)
• Contribute to annual strategic planning and territory optimization
• Build durable decision-intelligence platforms with governance and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure trusted, scalable outputs
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from framing to launch and follow-up
