Job description

Career-defining. Life-changing.

At iRhythm, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and your career while impacting the lives of people around the world. iRhythm is shaping a future where everyone, everywhere can access the best possible cardiac health solutions. Every day, we collaborate, create, and constantly reimagine what’s possible. We think big and move fast, driven by our commitment to put patients first and improve lives. We need builders like you. Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career

About This Role:

The Sales Operations organization is looking for a talented Sales Operations Analyst to drive strategic analytics, decision intelligence, and insights for the sales and partner management teams.

You'll work cross-functionally to frame ambiguous business questions, gather and organize complex data, and turn insights into actionable recommendations and reusable business capabilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Deep dive into complex data sets to draw insights to help the business understand marketplace dynamics and proactively address challenges; define and build reporting infrastructure to improve visibility and performance tracking

  • Identify key performance indicators and competitive insights for use by sales leaders and executives to manage the business. Establish and lead operating processes for effectively managing the organization, including actively tracking key trends in lagging/leading metrics.

  • Support execution and improvement in current sales processes including goal setting, forecasting, KPI reporting and dashboard management

  • Partner with sales executives on all operational and analytical requests (e.g. team restructuring, quota setting, territory planning, business performance analyses, etc.)

  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as how to organize territories and improve rep productivity

  • Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, business operations, systems, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives without management involvement

  • Coordinate and lead efforts to drive awareness and understanding of reports & dashboard among reps, sales leaders and executives

  • Lead initiatives end to end - from problem framing and MVP prioritization through launch, measurement, and follow-through - while creating durable organizational capacity

  • Work directly with data to assess grain, definitions, quality, validation, analytical feasibility, model limitations, and monitoring so outputs are trusted and maintainable

  • Build reusable decision-intelligence platforms and operating capabilities - not one-off dashboards or analyses - with strong governance, documentation, automation, and adoption mechanisms

  • Translate ambiguous commercial and strategic opportunities into clearly defined decisions, requirements, roadmaps, and pragmatic first releases

  • Support ad-hoc projects and report requests as needed

What We Want To See:

  • BA/BS Degree; Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is a plus

  • 5+ years of hands-on analyst experience in Sales Ops

  • Strong attention to detail - you can make sense of the complex

  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment

  • Obsession with finding process improvements and efficiencies to improve workflow

  • Advanced MS Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, building complex formulas)

  • Experience building reusable systems, automation, governance, or operating mechanisms that remain useful beyond the initial project

  • Strong ownership, integrity, and follow-through - including the willingness to surface inconvenient truths, acknowledge mistakes, respectfully challenge assumptions, and remain accountable after launch

  • Ability to communicate complex analytical and technical concepts simply, tailor depth to the audience, make recommendations clearly, preserve material uncertainty, and influence without authority

  • Strong problem-framing and strategic judgment, including the ability to select rules, heuristics, analytics, or predictive methods based on decision value, data maturity, interpretability, implementation effort, and risk

  • Demonstrated ability to learn unfamiliar business and technical domains quickly, test assumptions, correct misunderstandings, and apply new knowledge to consequential recommendations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong service-orientation - you know how to partner cross-functionally

  • Experience with data analytics and reporting; experience with databases/data warehouses and data querying languages such as Snowflake and SQL

  • Experience using Salesforce is highly preferred

  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Ability to travel, up to 15%

What’s in It for You:

  • Competitive compensation package

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one

  • Generous PTO and paid holidays

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan

  • Paid parental leave and family benefits

  • Pet insurance discounts, cultural committees, volunteer opportunities, and more.
