Drytech Restoration LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team in the water damage restoration space. You will drive revenue, build key relationships with homeowners and partners, and shape strategies to grow the business while ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through project completion, while mentoring staff and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or sales management, preferably in restoration, construction, insurance or home-services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, motivate and hold a sales team accountable.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced emergency-service environment.
• Customer-service mindset and professional presentation.
• Ability to develop referral relationships and generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase leads and conversions.
