Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team supporting Holiday Inn Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado. This remote position is based in the Denver market and requires travel to the property at least once per month.

You will drive group sales revenue by securing new corporate and association business while growing existing client relationships. In this role, you will prospect new opportunities throughout the Denver market and partner with on-property teams to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales management for events or hospitality, preferably hotel sales.
• Corporate and association group sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Based in or willing to work in the Denver, CO area.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect to expand client database and drive new group revenue opportunities.
• Secure group bookings and maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to clients.
• Build relationships with meeting planners, corporate contacts, and community organizations.
• Handle account details and document solicitation and closing processes.
• Coordinate department participation in servicing accounts.
• Prepare and execute contracts and ensure quality products and service.
