X Shore seeks an experienced US-based boat/Marine sales professional to sign stocking dealers and drive business from Maine to Florida and across the Great Lakes. You’ll operate remotely with regular travel to key markets and participate in dealer events and sea trials to showcase our premium electric boats.

You will build and manage dealer relationships, open marina and resort accounts, and ensure every dealer has a local service partner before their first boat lands.

Competenze

• 5+ years selling boats or marine products to US dealers.
• Strong dealer network and relationship-building skills.
• Experience running sea trials and dealership demonstrations.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Mansioni

• Sign stocking dealers in top boating markets on the East Coast and Great Lakes.
• Run sea trials and show presence, starting with Dealer Week in Tampa (6–9 December).
• Open marina, boat-club and resort accounts alongside dealers.
• Hand each dealer a local service partner before their first boat lands.
• Report pipeline weekly: leads, sea trials, offers, deposits.
