Job summary

National Debt Relief is hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a remote, US-wide position. The role focuses on compassionate client consultations, enrolling clients in debt relief programs, and documenting discussions in Salesforce.

IAPDA certification is funded by the company, with performance-based advancement and flexible scheduling. The base pay starts at $31,200 annually, with uncapped commissions and bonuses pushing first-year total compensation to about $85,000 on average, and top

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role or an equivalent college associate degree.
Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce CRM.
Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
Meet performance criteria set forth by management, subject to change.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and any updates to them.
Accurately recall and document call information across multiple computer systems while multitasking.
De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support, and apply feedback to improve performance.
