Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role or equivalent college associate's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Remote work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into debt relief programs.
• Document client discussions clearly using Salesforce.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set by management; adjust as needed.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of National Debt Relief and Sales.
• De-escalate stressful situations with empathy while maintaining professionalism.
