Job summary

National Debt Relief is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to empower clients on their debt relief journey. This remote role offers flexible schedules, strong earning potential through uncapped commissions, and a focus on compassionate, results-driven consultations.

You will build expertise in our debt relief solutions, enroll clients into programs, and document discussions in Salesforce. Certification is provided, with opportunity for long-term advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Strong business acumen and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization.
• Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

• Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options.
• Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software.
• Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored).
• Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines.
• Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either.
• Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities, and
• De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
