DanceOne is searching for a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth and engagement within the dance community. This remote position involves 75% travel to conventions, events, and studio visits across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the performing arts, and exceptional relationship-building skills. You will be integral in shaping partnerships that uplift our mission to inspire dancers and educators nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, partnership development, or account management.
• Experience in the dance or performing arts industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage 75% travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships to expand participation.
